Kim Kardashian files for restraining order against alleged stalker… after American Horror Story costar Emma Roberts’ scary experience with him

Kim Kardashian is seeking a restraining order against an alleged stalker after he previously terrorized another star she’s linked to.

The 43-year-old reality icon, who has had a history of trouble with stalkers, recently filed for a restraining order against Melvin Jeffery Conley, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The source of her fears about Conley is said to have been a conversation with Emma Roberts, her co-star in the film America Horror Story: Delicate.

The 33-year-old actress previously had a chilling long-distance encounter with the alleged stalker after he broke into his home and then called her from her own landline.

According to Kardashian’s complaint, Roberts called her to warn her that Conley had told her he wanted to contact Kardashian — and her children as well.

Roberts was thankfully not home when Conley allegedly broke into her home, but she did have a disturbing conversation with him after she answered a phone call from her home, thinking it was a family member or someone authorized to be there.

She couldn’t answer the first call on her cell phone, but she called back to her home number and saw that it was a man she had never met before.

Conley allegedly told Julia Roberts’ cousin that she had given him permission to stay at her home, but she knew this was not true.

Despite immediately calling police, Conley managed to escape before he could be arrested.

His actions immediately after fleeing Roberts’ house may indicate he wanted to get closer to Kardashian.

According to Kim’s request for a restraining order, the day after he fled Roberts’ home, he visited her mother Kris Jenner’s house.

There he spoke to security guards and told them that he thought he was at her daughter Kim’s house, but that he was there for an appointment with her.

Although he apparently didn’t know which house was which, he claimed to the guards that he was Kim’s “long-term manager” and, even more bizarrely, that he was also an NBA player with the Toronto Raptors.

Conley’s attempts to contact Kardashian continued in July, when he reportedly visited her Malibu home, which is not her primary residence.

The fact that she usually lives elsewhere makes it less likely that the alleged stalker will contact Kim. However, in her complaint, she notes that the fact that he found the Malibu home at all is troubling. She says it’s hard to find and hasn’t been advertised as much as her primary residence. This could indicate Conley’s need to contact her family.

Conley has already visited Kris Jenner’s home and also tried to climb a fence at Kim’s Malibu home, which is not her primary residence

He claimed he told guards who stopped him at the fence surrounding his home that he planned to climb over it.

Roberts eventually managed to obtain a five-year restraining order against Conley.

The order also provides the same protections for her 3-year-old son Rhodes Robert Hedlund, whom she shares with her ex, actor Garrett Hedlund. Conley alleged that he mentioned his name during the phone call with Roberts, causing her to fear he intended to harm her son.

Roberts’ well-received collaboration with Kardashian on American Horror Story: Delicate won’t be their only project together, as the two are also producers on the upcoming Netflix series Calabasas.
