Kim Kardashian confuses fans as she brands herself ‘GQ Man Of The Year’: ‘This is dumb and super insensitive’

Kim Kardashian has stunned fans by naming herself GQ Man Of The Year.

The 43-year-old reality star covered the magazine’s Men Of The Year edition, which honors a selection of people who have shaped culture, fashion, entertainment and sports in 2023.

Although Kim wasn’t among the winners, she was chosen as the cover star for the issue, where she posed in an androgynous suit and tie for the spread, before taking to Instagram to share: ‘Hi! I’m the GQ Man of the Year!’

Fans were baffled by the comments she made, posting: ‘I just feel like this takes away from the successful men’; “I think this is super insensitive. Here we are as a society still fighting for women’s rights, neither allowing transgender people in women’s sports nor wanting transgender men to advertise women’s clothing and bras. But we’re going to nominate a woman, Kim K, for MAN of the Year? And somehow that’s okay? no, I don’t like the double standard.’

“And this, ladies and gentlemen… is why America is now laughed at all over the world. Absolutely embarrassing’; “But like…you’re not a man. Hahaha, I’m confused all the time’.

“And when they are, we’ll have those conversations and I’ll be so prepared for it, but until then, I’ll do everything I can to keep their lives as normal as possible.”
