Selena freaked fans out with the cheeky video as they claimed it was a message for her ex Justin Bieber.

While the clip was shared to promote the upcoming release of her new song, Single Soon, her fans quickly claimed it was a message for Justin and wife Hailey Bieber.

They wrote, “She alludes to Justine and the wife’s divorce rumours”; “Has Justin called you recently?”; “I know Justin is hitting the wall and Hailey is reading the comments to this post! Hello HAILEY’; “Is that what Justin said?”; “Sry bieber it’s too late (sic).”

Selena, captioning the video, “Single Soon this Friday!” looked sensational in a strapless orange top and oversized gold earrings.

She has been hard at work promoting her new single, the first time she has released music since 2021’s Revelación.

Selena and Justin dated for eight years, calling it quits for the last time in 2018.

Under fire? Selena confused fans with the cheeky video as they claimed it was a message for her ex Justin Bieber (pictured in 2021)

They allegedly rekindled their “feud” in March, when footage surfaced of Hailey making fun of Taylor Swift during her time co-hosting the show Drop The Mic.

Selena fanned the flames, captioning the video, saying, “I’m sorry, my best friend is and will always be one of the best in the game.”

Subsequently, internet users started calling Hailey a “mean girl” because she also previously shared a TikTok video of herself with Kendall Jenner and Justine Skye, lip-syncing to an audio that read, “I’m not saying she deserves it, but I’m saying God’s timing is always right.’

Could it be? While the clip was shared to promote the upcoming release of her new song, Single Soon, her fans quickly claimed it was a message for Justin and wife Hailey.

TikTok commenters assumed the now-deleted clip correlated with the body shaming and hate Selena had been receiving lately.

Selena seemed to address the drama as she called on people to “be kind” via TikTok and emphasized that she “wants only the good for everyone.”

Underneath a video of her doing a makeup tutorial, she wrote, “Thank you and I love you all very much. I am deeply grateful to each of you people. You make me incredibly happy.’

A second comment read: ‘Please be kinder and considerate of the mental health of others. My heart is heavy and I want only the good for everyone. All my Love.’
