Kieran Culkin confirms brother Macaulay Culkin and fiancée Brenda Song have welcomed second child

Kieran Culkin has confirmed that his brother Macaulay Culkin and his fiancee Brenda Song have welcomed their second child, but says they haven’t been able to visit due to distance and busy schedules.

The Succession actor, 40, spoke with access to hollywood at his show’s fourth season debut in New York City at Lincoln Center on Monday.

The actor is the father of his own young children with wife Jazz Charton, 34, daughter Kinsey Sioux, three, and son Wilder Wolf, one.

He said he and his family have yet to make the cross-country trek to visit Macaulay, 42, Song 34, and their children amid the ‘nightmare’ of hectic schedules and the difficulty of traveling with children.

“Well, the cousins ​​live in Los Angeles, we live in New York,” said the actor, who plays Roman Roy in the critically acclaimed HBO series. “I have a one-year-old and a three-year-old and no matter how busy I am, there is no way to get on a plane and leave, and the same with them.”

Kieran chats with the media following a US Weekly reports that the Home Alone actor and Song welcomed their second child, Carson, late last year. They are also parents to their son Dakota, who turns two next month.

‘I haven’t met No. 2 yet and they haven’t met [my] No. 2 yet because we just haven’t been able to figure that out,’ Kieran told Access Hollywood at the event.

He said of the difficulties of traveling with young children: “We have a one and a half year old, the first time we did it, she was about 19 months old, I think, a nightmare.”

“She’s three and a half now, she’s good on a plane now, but our son is about a year and a half, so we’re not going to be putting him on a plane any time soon. It’s just a nightmare.

After Macaulay and Song welcomed Dakota back in April 2021, they also made a concerted effort to keep the news under wraps until they felt ready to share it with the world.

In a brief statement, Brenda and Macaulay admitted to being “overjoyed” at the time.

Brenda also previously revealed that they are both ‘hands-on’ parents. The stars have been romantically linked for five years.

Speaking about her approach, she shared: ‘My fiancé and I are very hands-on.
