The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared a clip on the social media site showing her shooting a secret project for her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s Lemme brand.
And in the video, she was seen wearing a sheer sparkly top, but Khloe made it clear that she protected her modesty with nipple shields.

In the clip, she explained, “By the way, these aren’t my nipples. These are nipple covers.’
Khloe begged the site’s bosses not to punish her for the video – she insisted it doesn’t violate their no-nudity clause
She added: ‘Everyone, stay calm. Instagram, don’t ban me. Continue. Nipple covers.’

It comes after Khloe admitted she’s considering getting a boob job. On a new episode of the family’s reality TV show The Kardashians, Khloe was seen with her mother Kris Jenner as she was recovering from hip surgery and revealed she is thinking about going under the knife.
Khloe told her mom, “I’m really considering getting my boobs done — it’s something I think about all the time.”
Kris then intervened: ‘Oh, let’s do it together! … Is that weird, mother/daughter boobjobs?’ and Khloe replied, “I don’t know what’s weird anymore.”
Khloe went on to further explain her desire for a boob job in an on-camera interview, adding, “I’m wearing a latex top with a bra top, so they look amazing now. And I wish they always looked like this. I just want a plumper – like, if you see me in a bikini, I don’t have a plunging neckline. My sisters, for example, have a generous cleavage!’
