The reality star, 39, was spotted working out at the gym in the most recent episode of the show’s second season, in which she looked fresh-faced – in stark contrast to her heavily made-up and often retouched photos.

After Andy Cohen asked The Good American founder to correct her critical appearance, she finally revealed what procedures she had undergone.
‘I’ve had one rhinoplasty – Dr. Raj Kanodia,” she said, before going on to say that she had “injections,” but “not really Botox,” after a previous bad reaction.
The conversation started when Andy asked if she felt like sister Kim and Kourtney Kardashian were getting “preferential treatment because of their looks,” to which Khloe said, “Oh, 100 percent.”
“We’ve done so many photo shoots where they were given racks of clothes and I was told by so many different stylists – I got about two or three pieces of clothing, that was it – ‘don’t worry because I’d be in the background anyway.'”
“It was never a question, it was a fact and it was very blatant,” she said, talking about long-standing issues with her body before the conversation shifted to her face. Khloe did not specify when she had the procedure.
