Khloe Kardashian says she sometimes is ‘not in the mood’ to work out

Khloe Kardashian showed off her toned physique and a sneak peek of her workout routine in her latest social media post on Wednesday.

In a video recently shared on Instagram, the 38-year-old reality star modeled a black sports bra and tight leggings as she worked out through the early morning hours at her home gym.

The media personality candidly revealed that she felt a lack of motivation but felt ‘great’ and fulfilled at the end of her workout.

The Good American founder also detailed her lengthy workout routine in the caption of her post, revealing how she trains to maintain her hourglass figure.

During the clip, her four-year-old daughter True, one of two children she shares with her ex, Tristan Thompson, 32, who recently moved down the street from her, also made an adorable guest appearance.

For her workout, Khloe donned an all-black tracksuit paired with knee-high socks and white sneakers.

She left her bright blonde locks down for most of the video, but then she cut her hair short.

In the video and accompanying caption, the businesswoman went over each step of her workout, from warming up to lifting weights, with a trainer.

She also talked about how she didn’t feel particularly motivated to do morning exercises that day, but she pushes herself to ‘start [her] day the right way’.

“Trying to muster the energy to work out,” Khloe said at the beginning of the video. “I’m just not in the mood, but let’s do it.”

To cheer her up a bit, her eldest son also stopped by to visit and also expressed his excitement about spring break.

In a cute segment, True showed off her pretty braid for the camera and shared that she’s taking two weeks off when school goes on break.

Then the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revealed that she can’t take her daughter to school because work starts early.

Her Workout Plan: The Good American founder also detailed her lengthy workout routine in the caption of her post, revealing how she trains to maintain her hourglass figure.

After that, he quickly begins his stretching and warm-up routine.

He also revealed in his caption that due to a recent injury, he has been using lighter weights.

“I recently had an elbow injury, so my weight is lower than what I would normally wear,” he said. “And it’s a much lower impact workout than we normally do, but this is the pace until my elbow is back to normal.”

At the end of the clip, Khloe also gave a quick update on her faded scar from a skin cancer scare and tumor removal in October.

He noted that he has a slight “curve” in his cheek, but the scar has been slowly fading and will soften over time.

She then talked about how much better she felt after going through her routine.

“I never regret working out,” she said. ‘If I [don’t] try to procrastinate [or] whatever, i always feel so good and fulfilled and bad*ss.

“And then I feel like the rest of my day is great,” he added. “I stay more on track because I started my day the right way.”

Low-Impact Training: She also revealed in her caption that due to a recent injury, she’s been using lighter weights.

The mother of two then went on to encourage her fans to stay consistent and motivate each other.
