Khloe Kardashian posed at the Sev Aesthetic spa on Wednesday afternoon.
Clients of Sev Aesthetic Spa can enjoy laser hair removal, injections including Botox, microneedling and Morpheous8, a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment for a facelift or body contouring.
The 40-year-old mother of two indicated she came for hair surgery, but she did not specify what.
She simply wrote: Laser hair removal @sevlaseraesthetics.’

Khloe looked gorgeous in the two photos she shared to her Instagram, wearing a black tank top and matching flared pants.
The pretty lady sported dark brown locks for the photos and opted for mauve lipstick to complete her casual outfit.
Khloe dyed her hair brown for her 40th birthday earlier this year.
She was known for her trademark blonde hair, which she had worn for years.
The star revealed a rich chocolate brown hair color with subtle honey highlights for her 40th birthday.
Her snaps come just days after she and ex-partner Tristan Thompson celebrated the birth of their eldest child, daughter True, six, and her first day of first grade
Khloe sweetly embraced her daughter, who was holding the family cat, as they all posed in front of a sign that read “First Day of Grade 1,” with giant crayons and colorful balloons in the background.
She had short copper hair before switching to the chocolate color, a color she had only had for a few months.
Khloe shared that the red was difficult to maintain and that it kept getting blonder and losing its vibrancy after each wash.
The snaps were taken just days after she and ex-partner Tristan Thompson celebrated the birth of their eldest child, six-year-old daughter True, and her first day of Grade 3.
Khloe gave her daughter, who was holding the family cat, a warm hug as they all posed in front of a sign that read “First Day of Third Grade,” with large crayons and colorful balloons in the background.
“First class!!! Seriously I am so proud of you!! I know you have the most incredible year ahead of you! I couldn’t be happier for you my angel,” Khloe wrote in the caption.
“I’m not well, but by the time I pick you up I’ll be back to my senses,” she added.
Khloe and Tristan have two children: True and son Tatum, two.
Khloe, True and Tatum also posed for photos together for an adorable family moment.
Tristan, 33, posted similar images on his social media.
Tristan wrote: ‘Twinny first day of 1st grade. Time flies, wow! I know Gigi is looking down on you and she is so proud of you and how amazing you are and how you are the best big sister. I love you Tutu.’
Tristan referred to his late mother Andrea when he wrote Gigi.

Tristan’s mother died of a heart attack at her Toronto home in early January 2023 at the age of 53.
In the season finale of The Kardashians, it was revealed that Tristan’s ex Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner had all flown with Tristan to Toronto on Kim’s private jet and that Tristan and Amari had moved in with Khloe, but she insisted they were no longer together romantically.
Tristan’s younger brother, Amari Thompson, 18, has legal guardianship of Tristan, which was approved by the court 13 months after Andrea’s death.
Amari suffers from a severe form of epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS).
