Khloe Kardashian struggled as her daughter True prepared for her first day of school on Wednesday.
The reality TV star, 38, who shares the 4-year-old with cheating ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 31, posted a short clip of a balloon display celebrating the special occasion, writing: ‘I’m still not okay with True to be at school.’
She also responded to a picture of the screen posted to @balloonandpaper – who created the balloon arrangement – writing: “I’m still crying she’s at school,” adding: “Thank you for making this day so much fun.” made it special.”

The colorful display featured a myriad of pastel colored balloons and pencils, along with letters spelling out ‘First Day Of’ and a matching pink balloon that reads ‘Pre-K’.
The Kardashians star added that “the balloons made it easier.”
Along with True, Khloe and the basketball player also welcomed a second baby together, a boy, in August. He is also father to son Prince, 5, with ex Jordan Craig and son Theo, 9 months, with Maralee Nichols.

Khloe shared a look at her new son she had via surrogate with Tristan on Thursday’s season two premiere episode of The Kardashians.
The explosive episode featured footage of their son’s birth via surrogate on July 28 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, as well as the emotional moment Khloe was able to hold the newborn for the first time.
But the moment was tinged with sadness, with Khloe confessing she felt a “dark cloud looming” after it was revealed that her children’s father had been unfaithful again.

The arrival of the former couple’s second child came shortly after Khloe learned that Tristan had cheated on her again with Houston-based personal trainer Maralee Nichols – with whom he had just welcomed another child.
As a result, Khloe decided her older sister Kim Kardashian should be in the delivery room instead of Tristan — though he was later invited to the hospital to meet his newborn.
Despite the unconventional and heartbreaking circumstances, Khloe said her son’s arrival allowed her to officially “close that chapter and be done with this trauma.”

Khloe also talked about her decision to have a second child with Tristan, explaining that last year she was encouraged by the NBA star to go ahead with an embryo transfer “around Thanksgiving.”
Just a week later, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Tristan was expecting a child with fitness model Nichols. She gave birth to a son named Theo in early December.
Khloe said in a confessional after the birth of their son, “I am so grateful. It is such a beautiful gift that we can have.

Khloe also explained why, on Kim’s advice, she let Tristan meet his son, saying, “I’ve been hesitating about letting Tristan come to the hospital or not, but Tristan wants to be here, so I thought, why don’t you let him? come? I’ll never get this moment back.

Despite their ups and downs, Khloe and Tristan reconciled amid the coronavirus pandemic after quarantining together to co-parent their daughter, but later split again in 2021 before it was publicly revealed that he cheated on her with Nichols in March 2021.
