A young Australian has been moved to tears after KFC changed an iconic menu item amid the cost of living crisis.
Bill Barker claimed the Popcorn Chicken Go Bucket and a can of drink combo cost $4.95.
He was shocked to discover that the combo no longer includes a drink and Australians now have to pay an extra $3.75 to get a drink with their meal.
‘I worked at KFC for three years. This s*** (used to be) $4.95, combo,” he said.
The 21-year-old then started crying about the price of the drink.
‘I just want to be rich. And you know what, I’ll cry about it,” he said.

Aussies were quick to share their disappointment at the changes at KFC.
“I worked there when Zinger Boxes cost $10.99. Now a large is over $15,” one person said.
“I mean back in the day $5 was all you needed for food, buy a Go Bucket for $3.95 and a frozen (drink) for a dollar and you’re done,” a second wrote.
“They’re now $5.95 for a combo. It’s been that way for a year,” said a third.
“What I noticed between Queensland and other states like Victoria is that the Go Bucket is a dollar cheaper in Victoria, while in Queensland it is extra,” a fourth commented.
But many others quickly called out the 21-year-old.
“Go to some outback town where a bag of Doritos costs $18 and you need an alcohol license to buy booze, then come back to Melbourne or Sydney and complain,” said one.
A second added: “These are some privileged issues, bruh.”
Daily Mail Australia has contacted KFC for comment.
