The embattled actor, who has faced multiple sexual assault allegations over the past five years, was at the event at the theater two days after the National Museum of Italian Cinema honored him with a lifetime achievement award in Turin, Italy.
On Wednesday, the New Jersey-born actor, 63, dressed in a dark gray suit over a lapis lazuli blue button-down shirt with a horizontally striped tie and black shoes.

Spacey had participated in a master class at the event, billed as his first speaking engagement in five years, in which he failed to mention the multiple allegations of misconduct leveled against him.
At the event, Spacey said he was “hugely grateful” to Nero for casting him in The Man Who Drew God.
Spacey signed autographs and posed for selfies with fans who attended the event.
Assistant Mery Bicci told the access point“When the scandal happened, I went into mourning because I knew very well that they were going to put him away immediately.”
Chiara Ottolini, another attendee at the event said of Spacey: “I actually missed him, and I think he had a great role in the movies… I’m very happy to see that he’s coming back, because we have to separate the man and the artist.

Spacey was honored Monday with a lifetime achievement award by the National Museum of Italian Cinema in Turin, Italy.
In June, Spacey is scheduled to stand trial in London in connection with 12 counts of sexual assault against four men between 2001 and 2013. Spacey has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Last October, Spacey was acquitted by a federal jury in New York in connection with allegations that he sexually assaulted actor Anthony Rapp, 50, when he was 14 in 1986, when the two stars were working on Broadway.
In 2019, Massachusetts prosecutors dropped charges against the actor in connection with allegations that he fondled a man at a bar.
