Kevin James told the story behind the photoshoot of his recent viral meme from The King Of Queens.
The 58-year-old comedian appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night, where he even hilariously recreated the image with the host.
It was there where the 49-year-old chat show host said he had to “talk to him” about how an old photo of Kevin became the biggest meme in late 2023.
When Jimmy brought it up and even pulled out a photo of it, Kevin knew what was coming and grinned as the crowd started cheering.

Kevin was asked if he remembered the photo shoot from the early days of the CBS sitcom that aired from 1998 to 2007.
The funnyman revealed that he actually remembers the shoot thinking, “When you first get a sitcom, you just listen to someone. You’re so happy to be there.’
In the snap, he could be seen wearing a green, red and white plaid long-sleeved button-up shirt over a navy blue T-shirt with his hands in his pockets and a sheepish grin on his face as he looked into the camera.
Detailing the shoot, Kevin said: ‘The photographer just told me to do crazy things.
‘He said, ‘Smile. Now pretend you’re sexy, now pretend you’re shy, but now you’re a little…’ and I got into a position where I was like, ‘What the hell am I doing? ” ?”‘
The Here Comes The Boom star was so embarrassed by the photo that he said he tried to ensure it would never be released publicly at the time.
Kevin explained, “I said, ‘Well, please bury that one,’ and he says, ‘Yeah, don’t worry. It’s not coming back.’
But as the social media world has seen, that definitely wasn’t the case, as he joked: “25 years later the thing pops up.”
