Earlier this week, Kevin stood up for comedian Jo Koy after his hosting gig at the Golden Globes was largely labeled disastrous.
“I think Jo Koy is a great comedian, always has been,” he told DailyMail.com when asked about his performance. ‘
“It’s a tricky room, and without the knowledge and understanding of how to navigate a room, you can have moments and bumps.”
“Jo Koy is a talented, funny guy, and will always be that way. “People want to highlight the world of bad, but Jo will be good and always has been,” he said.
When asked by DailyMail.com if he would ever consider hosting another major awards ceremony, Kevin said a firm no.
“I’m at a point in my career where it has no value to me anymore,” he said. “But I do think it provides an amazing amount of visibility and a platform for exposure, but it’s not the easiest.”
