Kevin Costner was seen in public for the first time since settling his divorce from ex-wife Christine Baumgartner.

The 68-year-old Yellowstone star — who recently unveiled the trailer for his new Western — enjoyed a lunch date with a group — including daughter Annie Costner, 40 — just north of Santa Barbara, California, on Thursday.

Dressed in a casual V-neck sweater and khaki pants, the actor stayed close to his eldest child as he left The Boathouse restaurant.

He exchanged a hug with another friend as he kept his cool in black sunglasses and white sneakers.

The outing comes after Kevin and Christine signed and filed a marital settlement agreement with the court.

Christine filed for divorce in May 2023, and despite the six-month waiting period in California, the case has now been finalized after nine months.

Although the specific details of the settlement are not being made public, TMZ reports that the couple’s prenuptial agreement was ratified by the judge.

Both ex-spouses are seeking joint custody, and Christine will receive $63,209 monthly in child support.

The couple signed a divorce settlement in September 2023 after 18 years of marriage.

They decided to forego co-parenting classes, which are typically mandatory in such cases.

The former couple, parents to Cayden, 16, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13, divorced last year.

It was recently revealed that Christine is dating their former neighbor Josh Connor, which had raised Costner’s suspicions about their relationship, as reported by We week last month.

The source also told Us Weekly that since the Oscar winner has also moved on, “Christine doesn’t think Kevin has anything to complain about.”

“Josh has been Christine’s rock and steady throughout the divorce ordeal. If Kevin has a problem with that, that’s on him,” and he also noted that the couple’s close friendship had turned romantic “relatively recently.”

In the midst of their divorce proceedings in August 2023, Kevin claimed that he “doesn’t know for certain” whether Baumgartner had had “extramarital” affairs, but stated that he had been faithful during their marriage.

In December, Costner was romantically linked to singer Jewel, according to a source who shared it People, ‘Kevin and Jewel’s relationship is fresh but not brand new. There is a very strong attraction on both sides.’

“Jewel likes herself as a man and she really likes Kevin’s country-western vibe. They’re having fun.’

Now that Costner has moved on, Christine said she “never would have imagined he and Jewel would be in a relationship, but in retrospect it makes sense,” friends told DailyMail.com earlier this month.

‘They both love music, that cowboy thing. What’s not to like about her? Jewel is certainly a down-to-earth person and has her own thing,” our source said.

‘Christine said the last thing she wanted was for some fame seeker to come along and play mother to their three children.
