One805 is an organization founded in 2018 that aims to raise proceeds for three of the First Responder groups, including fire, police and sheriff, throughout Santa Barbara County.
Kevin’s multimillion-dollar estate has been a hot topic in the actor’s recent divorce battle with ex Christine Baumgartner, who previously filed for divorce in May.
Earlier this week, the former couple visited an ‘amicable’ settlement to end their divorce battle. However, they have to appear in court again on Wednesday to make some finalizations.
The couple had been due to rule on whether 49-year-old Baumgartner would get $855,000 to pay her legal bills – something that has now been taken off the table.
Nevertheless, the scheduled hearing will still go ahead – with Judge Thomas Andle likely to be given details of the settlement before signing it.
The feuding couple made the shocking announcement on Tuesday, saying in a statement: ‘Kevin and Christine Costner have reached an amicable and mutually agreed resolution to all issues relating to their divorce proceedings.’
According to TMZ, the deal includes a larger cash settlement for Baumgartner, who was originally set to receive a lump sum of $1.5 million and a year of mortgage payments on a home worth up to $1 million under their prenuptial agreement.
The new settlement will likely be similar to one previously offered by Costner in a June 30 letter, which would have paid her $75,000 per month in child support.

The mother of three rejected that and wanted child support set at $161,000 a month – only for the amount to be halved after a hearing in early September.
Baumgartner had also wanted to challenge the prenuptial agreement with a trial on its validity that was supposed to take place in December, although that will no longer happen.
The surprise settlement comes less than two weeks after Baumgartner vowed to fight on after a child support setback that saw her temporary payments cut in half from $129,000 a month to $63,000.
In his decision, Judge Anderle said he approved the lower amount — which was defended by Costner’s team — because he believed the higher amount was “disguised spousal support.”
On Tuesday, a friend told DailyMail.com that Baumgartner had agreed to a settlement because Costner has “all the power.”
The friend explained, “Christine really had no choice but to settle because Kevin had all the power. If she had continued to fight, she would have risked losing everything.
“Christine said it is what it is. That she will not miss the court proceedings and sleepless nights. She said it’s a win for the children because no child wants to experience this, let alone in public.”
‘She was the one who wanted to settle things out of court in the first place. She never wanted anything from this circus.

“It’s been a living nightmare and now she just wants to move on and start over and make her new house a home.”
Last week, Christine officially began moving her personal belongings into her $40,000-a-month rental in Santa Barbara.
She moved into the new temporary luxury rental home after being ordered to leave their $145 million California estate – and has previously claimed the new abode isn’t good enough for her family.
The spacious house is prominently located on one hectare of land and has various amenities, such as a jacuzzi, and is also located next to a wooded walking path.
A large truck and movers were seen parked outside the home as they began unloading Christine’s furniture and other belongings.
Christine had argued during a recent hearing with her ex, Kevin, who was also present, that the Oscar winner’s beachfront mansion was far better than her own $40,000 per month rent.
Although the house has four bedrooms, picturesque gardens, custom-designed interiors, a swimming pool and a pool house, she explained that guests still had to go to the main house “to use the shower.”
Baumgartner claimed that her two sons would have to share a bathroom in the rental home, while her daughter would share hers “with the house.”
