The 69-year-old actor, who recently claimed he “took a beating” from Yellowstone’s producers, told Today host Savannah Guthrie that he still “loves” the neo-Western drama and said the show is “really important.” has been. to him.

Costner, who revealed he did not film the remaining episodes of Season 5, also defended Sheridan, claiming, “I didn’t initiate any of these things. They did. They were tap dancing and this poor man had to write so much too. And I don’t know why they didn’t stand up for me.”
