Kevin Costner and his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner arrived separately on Saturday to make statements in their impending divorce in Santa Barbara, California.
The unbalanced duo initially tied the knot in 2004 – before filing for divorce on May 1 after 18 years of marriage.
Their divorce battle has turned far from amicable and Christine is living in a $35,000 rental in the city after being kicked out of the family’s house.
Kevin, 68, looked relaxed when he arrived at the law firm in light gray jeans, a white button-up shirt and sneakers.
The Let Him Go actor wore dark sunglasses and wore a brown jacket.

One of the biggest sticking points is where Christine will live.
Kevin’s attorney has argued that the prenuptial agreement signed before their September 2004 wedding required her to move out of their Montecito home.
The contract requires a $200,000 down payment for Christine’s new home and for the Dances with Wolves star to cover a year’s monthly mortgage, property taxes and insurance payments.
She initially refused to leave the Montecito mansion, but a judge ordered her to leave the residence by July 31.
