Ketamine Queen Jasveen Sangha’s nickname for Matthew Perry revealed

The so-called ‘Ketamine Queen’, who has been charged in the overdose death of Matthew Perry, is said to have routinely called the actor ‘Chandler’.

The nickname given to him by alleged drug dealer Jasveen Sangha was revealed as part of a plea agreement signed by Perry’s friend Erik Fleming.

Fleming pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death. He was charged along with Sangha and three others in connection with Perry’s death in October 2023.

Sangha’s nickname for Perry was first reported by Page Sixin which prosecutors shared documents alleging she “used the name of a well-known character that (Perry) played on a television series.”

Sangha has not entered a plea in her complaint, and the documents do not specifically identify which sitcom character she allegedly referenced to Perry.

Others charged in connection with the actor’s death include his personal assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, who has already pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute the ketamine that killed Perry.

Iwamasa also admitted to injecting Perry with ketamine on the day he overdosed.

Two doctors have also been charged: medic Mark Chavez has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute, while Salvador Plascencia, 42, has not yet pleaded guilty.

Prosecutors say Sangha wasn’t the only one to reference Perry in the communications. The two doctors are accused of mocking the actor in text messages.

They are said to have wondered ‘how much this idiot is willing to pay’ for ketamine and added: ‘Let’s find out.’

Sangha made headlines after her arrest earlier this month, largely because of her alleged nickname “Ketamine Queen” and her use of social media.

She was said to have been known throughout North Hollywood as a drug dealer to celebrities. She often shared her extravagant lifestyle, which she reportedly financed through her drug dealing, on Instagram, posting pictures of her vacations to Mexico and Japan.

She is charged with conspiracy to distribute ketamine, operating a drug house, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute ketamine and five counts of distribution of ketamine.

Just hours before she was arrested by Los Angeles police on August 15, Jasveen Sangha bragged about her new haircut and hair color on social media.

The alleged dealer of the rich and famous often posted photos of herself wearing Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry, Louis Vuitton sneakers and Chanel clothing. She also posted snaps of herself eating caviar in private jet lounges at LAX.

The 41-year-old ‘dealing queen’, who holds dual American and British citizenship, also hosted lavish parties for her friends in Hollywood, declaring that ‘family is everything’.

In February 2024, four months after Perry’s death, Sangha posted selfies of herself sunbathing with a grin on her face during a trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, where she showed off her beachfront home while sipping cocktails by the pool.

She also boasted about her health and wellness journey, getting IVs after nights out and advocating “sound healing,” which she called “absolutely uplifting and cleansing for the heart and soul.”

Just two weeks after Perry’s death from a ketamine overdose, Sangha flew to Tokyo, where she drank lychee martinis at the Mandarin Oriental hotel, where suites cost $1,847 a night.
