In an interview with Tucker Carlson, Vance previously sparked outrage when he said that women like Vice President Kamala Harris are “childless cat ladies who are unhappy with their own lives” and have “no direct stake” in America’s future.

Kesha went on to say that she agreed that his views are sexist.

She also said she “absolutely” supports Harris.

This comes after Jennifer Aniston criticized Vance for his comments toward the Ohio politician, who is the Republican Party’s vice presidential nominee in the 2024 US presidential election.

The day before Kesha shared her response to Vance’s viral comments, the Friends star posted some sharp words for the senator on Instagram.

She said she “really couldn’t believe” that a vice presidential candidate would say something like that.

She also promised to “pray” for her daughter and that she “will be lucky enough to have children of her own someday.”

“I hope she doesn’t have to have IVF as a second option. Because you’re trying to take that away from her too,” she added.

The outrage from stars like Aniston and Kesha came after Vance made comments in 2021 questioning Harris’ leadership qualities because she had no biological children.

When Vance was running for Senate in Ohio, he said in the Fox News interview that “we are essentially run by the Democrats in this country.”

He called the political party ‘a bunch of childless cat ladies who are unhappy with their own lives and the choices they have made, and who therefore want to make the rest of the country unhappy as well.’

He said they included Harris, U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a Democrat from New York.

Vance told Carlson in the interview: “It’s just a basic fact β€” you look at Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, AOC β€” the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people who don’t have children. And how does it make sense that we’ve turned our country over to people who really have no direct interest in it?”

Vance, 39, and his wife Usha Vance, 38, have three children: sons Ewan, six, and Vivek, four, and daughter Mirabel, two.

Harris became a stepmother to two children β€” Cole, 29, and daughter Ella, 25 β€” when she married entertainment attorney Douglas Emhoff in 2014.

Buttigieg announced in September 2021 that he and his husband had adopted twin babies, more than a month before Vance made those comments.

Aniston has been candid about her fertility issues and her attempts to have a child for years.

The Morning Show star, who was previously married to Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux, spoke to Allure magazine in December 2022 about her previous attempts to have children more than a decade ago.

She told the publication: ‘I think I went through some really tough times in the ’30s, ’40s. If I hadn’t gone through that, I would never have become the person I was meant to be.’

“That’s why I’m so grateful for all that s****y stuff. Otherwise I would have been stuck in this person who was so scared, so nervous, so unsure of who they were. And now I don’t give a f***ing fuck.”

She indicated that she was ‘trying to get pregnant’ during that period.

“It was a challenging road for me, the road to making a baby,” Aniston said. “All those years and years and years of speculation … it was really hard.”

She also spoke candidly about the different methods she had tried to conceive.

“I did IVF, I drank Chinese tea, you name it,” Aniston said. “I threw everything at it. I would have given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think about it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed.”

She said it was “really hard” for her emotionally during the years when rumors circulated that she was pregnant, and that the insinuations that she chose her show business career over having children were “complete lies.”

She said in the 2022 interview: ‘I actually feel a little bit relieved now, because the question ‘Can I?’ doesn’t exist anymore. I don’t have to think about that anymore.’

In November 2022, an insider told People that the A-list actress was still “at peace” and “very happy with her life,” adding, “She’s in a great place and she knows that … kids or no kids, it hasn’t changed her.”
