The Your Love Is My Drug singer, 36, confirmed on Monday night that she is dating film producer Riccardo Maddalosso.
The singer, who has been spotted with Riccardo several times this year, was seen kissing the Hollywood filmmaker outside Nobu Japanese restaurant in Malibu.
The couple was photographed smiling happily. In one photo, the Backstabber singer playfully stuck her tongue out at Maddalosso.
The couple were last seen at Elton John’s Oscar party on Sunday in Los Angeles.
The songbird looked stunning in a cherry red dress that showed off her tummy as she opted for a dark blazer and green shirt with no tie.

On Monday, the Grammy nominee looked fashionable in white jeans and a white crop top that showed off her rock-hard abs. She completed her look with a black coat with a leather collar, black bag and sunglasses.
Kesha’s platinum blonde hair was tied up in a messy bun and she wore minimal makeup.
Maddalosso, who is also an entertainment lawyer, wore gray pants with a green shirt, black jacket and sunglasses.
He also had a smile on his face every time he looked at the Cannibal singer, at least when he wasn’t kissing her.
They were last seen on Oscar night, but then there was no PDA.
And they were spotted on Valentine’s Day at the celebrity hotspot Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.
Kesha appears to have worn the same short, button-up top for Nobu as on Valentine’s Day.
At the time, Maddalosso was the singer’s ‘unidentified date’ and it was their second time going to that restaurant.
They were also seen there in December.
Kesha was previously linked to Brad Ashenfelter, whom she had started dating in 2014. However, the two were last seen on a romantic beach date in May 2021.

Kesha and Maddalosso were also spotted sharing a hug last year in August after enjoying dinner in Los Angeles.
In June of last year, Kesha, who has mostly kept her love life private, revealed in an Instagram post that “I’m not gay.” I’m not straight I don’t know what I am I love people.’
The star continued: “I love people because we are all our own little journeys of consciousness, dancing around the sun.” how weird, interesting and fun this life is, right?
‘I refuse to be anything, really, except to be open to everything. I know it can be confusing at times but you are so seen and loved,” she added towards the end of the lengthy caption of her.

In 2019, the star declared that she was ‘bisexual’ during an interview with Attitude Magazine, according to page six.
‘I never had a moment of feeling like I had to come out about it. She was always there,’ she explained to the publication.
“I think I had a conversation with a gay magazine in the US and they asked me, ‘Oh, are you bisexual?’ and I was like, ‘Obviously!’
The star is keeping relatively private about her life and has not confirmed or stated if she is officially dating anyone new.
