Kerry Washington shows off her trip to Disneyland Paris after enjoying rides… calling it a ‘special combination of joy and magic and awe’
Kerry Washington had a magical time at Disneyland Paris this week.
The 47-year-old actress, who recently looked radiant at the 2024 Tribeca Festival, took to Instagram to show off her “joy, magic and awe” after enjoying the theme park on Thursday.
In footage she shared with her followers, Washington cheered with excitement as she took part in the Big Thunder Mountain ride.
She ventured through Disneyland in a black T-shirt and wore trendy sunglasses attached to a chain around her neck.
“SOUND ON, you know what I DIDN’T expect?! That Thunder Mountain in @disneylandparis would be so different and so much fun! I mean I LOVE the OG Thunder but this Parisian version is dynamite,” she wrote in the caption.

The raven-haired beauty wore a pair of dainty gold hoop earrings and opted for light makeup for her Disney day.
In one fell swoop, Washington threw a green bag over her shoulder as she excitedly posed in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
In another photo, she proudly showed off her mouse ears that read “Paris,” along with Groot and Mickey’s stuffed animals.
She added a short video of the Hollywood scene on the It’s a Small World ride to Thursday’s IG post.

Washington is enjoying a rare day off after wrapping up filming for Tyler Perry’s new film Six Triple Eight.
She also recently wrapped promo for season two of her Hulu series UnPrisoned, which includes a red carpet premiere on June 13.
She will star in Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, which began filming earlier this month.
Washington is an accomplished actress, having earned several Primetime Emmy Awards and nominations, five NAACP Image Awards and a Teen Choice Award.
As for her personal life, she has three children, a teenage stepdaughter and a daughter Isabelle, nine, and son Caleb, six, with her husband of 10 years, former NFL player Nnamdi Asomugha.
