A Sydneysider is Australia’s newest multi-millionaire after scoring a huge $2.6 million Keno jackpot this weekend.
The Toongabbie pubgoer plans to buy a new home for his family with the huge cash prize drawn on Saturday.
The windfall marks the second time the father has won a major prize in Keno, having scored a $10,000 prize 20 years ago.
“The first ticket I bought I won a little bit, so I decided to play a few more games,” he said.
‘It worked out very well for me.’

“I had a few celebratory beers last night and now I’m waiting for victory to sink in.”
The man was grateful for his win and said the prize money would mean a change for his family.
The man purchased his winning entry in the Keno Classic at the Toongabbie Sports Club.
