The 29-year-old country pop singer wore a long-sleeved purple dress with a short skirt with a diagonal cut-out at the front as he stepped out with 30-year-old Chase.
She also wore black stockings and black heels and accessorized it with small dangling earrings and rings.
Kelsea wore her blonde hair in a high bun and accentuated her natural beauty with full makeup including bright red lipstick.
Chase kept it casual in a brown plaid shirt with rolled up sleeves over a white undershirt teamed with black jeans.

The Outer Banks star supported Kelsea who organized an exclusive fan event and screening for her short film Rolling Up The Welcome Mat at the Whitby Hotel Theatre.
Kelsea posed for a poster for the short film that was released on YouTube on Feb. 14.
She participated in a question-and-answer session and also performed at the special screening.
Rolling Up The Welcome Mat was Kelsea’s second extended play, and she announced on February 13 that the surprise release coincided with Valentine’s Day that night.
The film portrays a woman, played by Ballerini, who goes through the stages of grief and acceptance to the end of a marriage and impending divorce.
Kelsea married country singer Morgan Evans, 38, in December 2017, and she announced they were divorcing in August 2022.

She cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce in August 2022 in Tennessee.
Their divorce was finalized on November 15, 2022, just months before she released Rolling Up The Welcome Mat.
Kelsea was spotted with Chase in January when they both attended the College Football National Championship Game in Los Angeles with mutual friends.
They confirmed their romance after being spotted sharing a passionate embrace and holding hands while they were together at the LAX airport.
