The long-awaited new fantasy film Wonka premiered in the US at the Regency Village Theater in Los Angeles.

The singer and actress, 42, wore shoulder-length turquoise hair, matching her dark blue and white polka dot top with matching gloves and trousers that flared from the knees.

Directed by Paul King from a screenplay he co-wrote with Simon Farnaby, Wonka tells the origin story of Willy Wonka, a character from Roald Dahl's 1964 novel Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, about his early days as a chocolatier.
Chalamet stars in the title role alongside newcomer Calah Lane and an ensemble cast including Keegan-Michael Key, Paterson Joseph, Matt Lucas, Mathew Baynton, Sally Hawkins, Rowan Atkinson, Jim Carter, Tom Davis, Olivia Colman and Hugh Grant. among many others.
