She looked radiant in a classic make-up look with a warm brown smokey eye and full, fluttery lashes.
The All My Children vet completed the look with a generous coral pink blush sweeping down her cheeks and a nude pink glossy lip.
During lunch, she also posed with TLC’s Chilli, who was recognized with a Legacy Award at the annual event.
At the Variety event, the Live With Kelly And Ryan host took the stage during the day and encouraged people to support the women in their lives.
“Support is what all women in any industry can always use more of — and rarely ask for,” she said.

“Provide support to someone who needs it,” she continued. “Encourage others to do the same. Sometimes just being asked is enough.’

And in her touching speech, she stressed the importance of believing in yourself and helping each other.
“Never be afraid to stand up for yourself. Never be afraid to advocate for others,” Ripa said. “Knowing that a person or a group of people has your back can be the most powerful thing in the world.”
In her Power of Women cover story, Ripa explained how it took her a lot of work to get to where she is today and her journey wasn’t without hardships.
Even after being hired by ABC and working on the daytime show for about four years, she still didn’t have her own office.
“It was the strangest experience I’ve ever had in my life,” she said Variety. “I was told I couldn’t have an office.
“It made no sense, especially since there were empty offices that I could easily have occupied,” she explained. Ripa recalled that when she asked if she wanted an office, she was told they were reserved for visiting executives.

The network eventually emptied a janitor’s closet for her to use, she said. ‘After my fourth year, they finally cleaned out the closet and put a desk in it for me.
“I worked in the janitor’s closet with a desk so I had a place to put things,” she continued, adding that she also didn’t have a private bathroom like Regis Philbin.
“Imagine this,” she said. ‘We have a studio audience – about 250 people! – and I have to stand in line. Especially during my pregnancy, it was extremely tiring to have to queue.’
“I have to host the show and I’m still queuing to go to the toilet,” she added. “It just seemed like an unnecessarily difficult situation.”
