Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos with Lola before Live debut

Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos were seen leaving their New York City apartment building Monday morning.

The photos were taken before they made their big debut as co-hosts of her morning show Live.

The show has been renamed Live With Kelly And Mark after her boyfriend Ryan Seacrest quit his co-hosting duties last week.

Kelly and Mark – who are both 52 years old – weren’t quite done before they hit the set. Kelly still had clips in her hair and Mark wasn’t in his show clothes yet.

They were also with their daughter Lola, 21.

The actress, who recently opened up about her past pay gap, wore a striking Diane von Furstenberg patterned wrap dress that contrasted with a pair of white Adidas Stan Smith sneakers.

Her bright blonde hair fell to her shoulders and matched the light tones of her clothing.

Consuelos opted for a dark green zip-up jacket that was paired with slightly lighter track pants and white sneakers.

Ripa and her husband were featured in a series of photos shared on Live to Kelly and Mark’s official Instagram account.

In one of the snaps, the pair posed for a photo alongside Lola and Char Margolis on the set of the morning show.

Consuelos appeared ready to begin the program as he posed next to the logo in another photo.

The two were also featured in a video of them being welcomed by the program’s crew members.

Ripa and her husband initially met while co-starring in All My Children, and they married in 1996.

The couple started a family with the birth of their first son Michael Joseph, 25, in 1997, and they added Lola and Joaquin, 20, in 2001 and 2003 respectively.

It was announced that Consuelos had signed on to co-host Live last February.

Past co-hosts of the syndicated morning show include Michael Strahan and Regis Philbin.

Ripa, who has been one of Live’s hosts since 2001, had previously been joined by her longtime counterpart, Ryan Seacrest, with whom she had played since 2017.

The radio personality eventually announced that he would be leaving during an episode of the program that aired on February 16.

Ripa recently sat down for an interview with Weekly entertainment where she said she had no plans to co-host Live permanently.

The media figure stated: “I always think about my retirement. It’s my favorite topic of conversation.’

The actress went on to say that she expected to leave the program before Seacrest.

“I always envisioned me leaving and someone new coming to work with Ryan when he started the show,” she said.

Ripa then commented that Live would likely continue long after her eventual retirement.

“It’s a franchise show; I don’t believe the show starts and ends with one host — I think it’s a collaboration,” she said.

The actress concluded by saying that she had high hopes for the start of her husband’s tenure on the program.

“I know Mark is extremely talented. I know he’s so suited to this format. I know he loves it because he’s done it so many times. But that doesn’t mean we’ll be there forever. Neither should we,’ she said.
