Kelly Ripa, 53, reveals her daughter Lola Consuelos, 23, borrowed her 30-year-old dress for a red carpet
Kelly Ripa’s 23-year-old daughter Lola has no problem raiding her closet.
The 53-year-old talk show host revealed this week that Lola recently wore a dress of hers from 30 years ago to the Disney Legends investiture ceremony in August.
Kelly previously shared a video of her only daughter modeling the maroon halter top dress on Instagramas well as highlights from the special evening honoring her career.
She said on Live with Kelly and Mark on Tuesday: ‘That dress that Lola wore is 30 years old.
“That was my dress from 30 years ago,” the proud mother boasted. “So I thought that was pretty cool.”

She joked to her husband, “I thought, ‘See? Prize every time you wear it!'”
The mother of three didn’t say when she last wore the dress, but it has been hanging in her closet for 30 years.
Lola wore the vintage dress as a tribute to her famous mother.
In photos taken at the ceremony in August, Lola looked like a brunette version of Kelly, wearing the vintage dress with nude heels and a ponytail.
Kelly wowed photographers in a chic polka dot dress before taking the stage to accept her title as a Disney Legend.
Kelly also had the support of her husband, Mark Consuelos, 53, who wore a navy suit.
The family attended the event, which took place on August 12 during Disney’s D23 Expo in Anaheim, California.
The title of Disney Legend, which has also been awarded to Miley Cyrus and Harrison Ford, is given to an individual who has had a significant impact on the company and left their mark on the industry.
Kelly and Mark’s sons Michael, 27, and Joaquin, 21, were absent from the important evening.
The couple met in 1995 when they starred opposite each other on the series All My Children, in which their characters got married.
She remembers the moment she first saw him in a photo: ‘When I saw him, the photo of him, I saw my whole future with him flash before my eyes. [my eyes] —as I saw it.’
The couple married in Vegas in 1996, a year after they met. People reported that the couple paid just $179 for it.

But — the journey to say “I do” was kept secret. Kelly said she kept her relationship with Mark a secret to avoid colleagues thinking it would disrupt production
She told Entertainment tonightWe were married for three months, no one [All My Children] ‘knew we were even in a relationship, let alone married.’
The couple started a family in 1997, with whom they also entertained themselves off-camera.
