Michael Lopez, Clarkson’s head of security, says Fernandez stopped by his house for the first time on Thanksgiving.

López alleged that Fernández arrived in a truck before looking over her privacy door and into her patio.

Fernández allegedly made two more visits that same day, returning once more in the truck followed by another time on foot. He allegedly rang the doorbell and said that he was there to see the American Idol vet.

The legal documents also state that Fernández walked back to the house on December 3 and spoke with the house staff. He allegedly claimed that Kelly ordered him to meet her at her home. The singer says that she has no idea who he is.

Ludwin Muñoz, who is part of Clarkson’s security team, said he communicated with Fernández using the house’s camera system during the December incident.

When Fernández was denied entry, Munoz said he seemed confused and irritated. Fernandez allegedly said, “This is the second time he’s done this… unless he’s talking to a con man or something.”

Fernandez also allegedly took photos of the family van when Clarkson’s babysitter arrived with her children. He was called to the police and a report was taken, according to the documents.

Clarkson has requested that Fernandez stay at least 100 yards away from her home, car, work, and the school and daycare her children attend. She fears what Fernández might do and worries that he might harm her or her family.
