Kelly Brook insists she’s more satisfied with herself and her life than ever after marrying her long-term partner Jeremy Parisi last year.
The couple married in July in Jeremy’s native Italy and Kelly is convinced things have ‘never been better’.
Heart FM radio host Kelly, 43, who was formerly known as a boy magazine pin-up, also feels much more satisfied in her body, saying that being thin no longer makes her happy.
She explained The sun: ‘I am married. I have my dog. I have a job that I love. Honestly, it’s never been better.
“Yes, I’m older and not as thin as I used to be, but my life is 100 percent better and I’m definitely 100 percent happier. I don’t think being thin makes you happy. Being healthy is.’

She continued by stating that ‘sex gets better as you get older and yes, also when you feel healthier because you feel more confident in your body.
“When I work out and eat right, I definitely feel sexier. If you feel good, it will definitely trickle down to other areas of your life.’
Meanwhile, Kelly and Jeremy plan to fly back to Italy this summer to celebrate their anniversary after being unable to enjoy a honeymoon.
She said, “We’ve been together for a long time, but being married has changed things. For us, we definitely think more like a couple when it comes to the future and stuff.
“Everything has merged more. We are now in it for the long haul. Not that I wasn’t before, but it feels more like, ‘Oh, we’re actually doing this now’.
“We haven’t had a honeymoon yet, so I think we’re going to do that in the next few months.
“We’re going back to Italy where we got married and are with the family.”
Kelly married her long-term boyfriend Jeremy in July last year in his native Italy.
The bride exchanged vows with Jeremy in the Italian port city of Civitavecchia, a popular vacation destination famous for its historic architecture.
It’s clear Kelly pulled out all the stops for the day, with the bride-to-be paying for carnival rides and inviting A-list guest Kylie Minogue, according to The sun.

The publication reported that the former Big Breakfast host has “thrown the sink” at her wedding to give her and Jeremy an unforgettable day, with the plans turning into an “extravagant affair.”
The model is said to have spent up to £500,000 for her big day.
A source told The Sun: ‘Kelly has thrown the sink at her wedding and it’s going to be quite an extravagant affair. She has booked Villa Nota Pisani in central Italy for the ceremony and reception.’
The insider added that the villa is a “beautiful location” and that the couple “fell in love with it” immediately after seeing it.
They continued, “Kelly invited all her friends and stars like Kylie are on the guest list. The ceremony will be very romantic, but Kelly wants to throw her family and friends a real party afterwards. She’s been in talks with a company to organize a fair for everyone – and the booze will flow all night long.’
Having made her fortune following a successful 25-year career as a model, actress and media personality, it seems no expense has been spared in making Kelly’s wedding dream come true.

The source added: ‘Kelly knows Jeremy is her soulmate and this will be her only wedding so she’s going all out. All told, it appears to cost her between £300,000 and £500,000, but to her, it’s money well spent.
The insider continued to say it’s “Kelly’s dream wedding” and that “everything she ever wanted” is now “come a reality.”
Kelly previously shared that she won’t be slimming down before the big day and admits she’s “so happy” with her looks.
Explaining, “I’m happiest when I’m a size 12,” which she currently is — the star opened up about her previous struggles with weight and how she now sticks to an active lifestyle.
To talk with Fantastic magazinethe former model admitted that she keeps her wedding plans a secret, but denied that she would go on a pre-wedding diet.

‘Oh no [I’m not going on a diet]. To be honest, I haven’t even thought about that. I’ve been on a diet plan for a few years now and I’m at the weight I love and I’ll stay at this weight no matter what happens in the future,” she replied when questioned while preparing for the big day. .
The popular TV and radio host began a relationship with the handsome Italian model in 2014 after watching one of his Instagram videos, and friends claim she’s “happier than ever” following the understated engagement.
The model – a boy’s magazine favorite in the 1990s – has previously been engaged to actors Jason Statham and Billy Zane, rugby player Thom Evans and Gladiator David McIntosh.
Between 2008 and 2010, she also had a regular relationship with rugby lothario Danny Cipriani.
