Kelly Brook has opened up about her “traumatic and devastating” miscarriages in previous relationships.

The model and actress, 45, revealed that she and her husband Jeremy Parisi are “childless by choice” when speaking about their marriage.

Kelly revealed that she looks at her and Jeremy’s “beautiful life” and how they aren’t “burdened” by the anxiety that comes with having children.

However, she opened up about her experiences in past relationships, as she revealed the trauma of undergoing IVF or experiencing miscarriages.

“I’m actually childless by choice at the moment, it’s not something we’ve thought about and I don’t think it should be a taboo,” she told The Sun on Sunday.

The model and actress, 45, revealed she and husband Jeremy Parisi are ‘childless by choice’ as she spoke about their marriage

‘I’ve been through pregnancies and miscarriages and I know how traumatic and devastating they are for you and your relationship. I’ve been down that road with previous partners and it’s a lot.

‘I look at the beautiful life we have and how it doesn’t bother us.’

Kelly said that while she sees the happiness children bring to her family, she also sees the stress that comes with it.

And while she and Jeremy love family time and caring for their dog, traveling is a big part of their lives and having children isn’t on their priority list.

However, Kelly admitted that she isn’t completely closed to becoming a mother in the future – something she has yet to discuss with her husband.

The couple recently revealed they want to become TV’s new power couple and believe their constant bickering makes them more ‘relatable’.

Kelly criticized duos who force their relationship on screen and “portray an unrealistic dynamic” for the audience.

In an exclusive chat with MailOnline, the former actress insists she and Frenchman Jeremy, whom she married in 2022, are not trying to be ‘perfect’, which sets them apart from existing TV partnerships.

After taking part in the BBC show Celebrity Race Across the World, Kelly said viewers were given an introduction to Jeremy, who spoke no English when he first moved to Britain.

Now they star in La Vita Italiana, a three-part miniseries filmed for ITV’s This Morning, in which Kelly adjusts to life in Jeremy’s family home and farm in Arpino.

And Kelly hopes the show will be commissioned for a bigger project as the couple set their sights on a semi-permanent move to rural Italy.

She said, “We’re just a normal couple. We’re not trying to be the perfect couple, like many TV duos try to portray an unrealistic dynamic.

‘But with us we argue, we get along well and we love each other, we are normal and relatable because we are just like any other couple. It seems like that’s how people saw us during Race Across the World. It’s just who we are.’

Kelly fell for Jeremy after she contacted him directly on Instagram and the pair connected over their mutual love of martial arts and fitness training.

“I’m actually childless by choice at the moment, it’s not something we’ve thought about and I don’t think it should be a taboo,” she told The Sun on Sunday.

During the early days of their romance, Jeremy spoke very little English, with French and Italian being his primary languages.

The radio host has taken on the role of translator and admits she can still speak for Jeremy even now that he is fluent in English.

She said: ‘I know people think I talk about Jeremy all the time. That’s because I talk too much and when Jeremy first moved to the UK he didn’t speak English so I got so used to talking in front of him and I just haven’t gotten used to it.’
