Kelly Bensimon and her fiancé Scott Litner seemed to be in love when they were spotted for the first time since their engagement.
The former RHONY star, 55, and the financier, 54, were on their way to dinner in New York City on Thursday.
The couple was photographed holding hands and discussing something as they walked down the sidewalk in Manhattan’s affluent SoHo neighborhood.
Bensimon showed off her incredible legs in a light green off-the-shoulder mini dress and a pair of silver strappy high heels.
The model completed her night out with several bracelets on both her wrists, a black necklace and her sparkling engagement ring.
She wore her long dirty blonde hair in effortless beach waves and her skin had a sunkissed glow.

As for Litner, he looked good in a light blue long-sleeved shirt, which he wore under a navy suit jacket.
The 54-year-old completed his look with white trousers, a pair of brown Oxfords and a silver watch on one wrist.
Bensimon confirmed their engagement to E! News last month she told the outlet that she “never thought I could be so happy at this stage of my life.”
Bensimon continued, “This really is a new beginning. We have a romance that people write novels about.’
That same day, she first showed off her engagement ring at the premiere party of Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, the latest Bravo spin-off of The Real Housewives franchise.
The jaw-dropping ring will probably cost in the $250,000 range.
Bensimon and Litner have been together for a year and generally keep their relationship private.
But she told the DailyMail.com exclusively in June that she recently lost 10 pounds by having “a lot of sex.”
The couple’s upcoming nuptials will be Bensimon’s second marriage and the financier’s third.

She first tied the knot with French fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon in 1997, but they separated 10 years later.
The former couple share two daughters: 25-year-old Sea and 23-year-old Thaddeus “Teddy.”
According to a rack according to Bensimon’s rep, Litner has children from his two previous marriages.

RHONY was completely recast for Season 14 of as a result of the previous season’s low ratings and drama.
In addition to Bensimon, the rest of the cast for Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy includes Luann De Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley, Kristen Taekman, and Ramona Singer.
The season takes place in St. Barths and will premiere on Peacock in December 2023.
Kelly was previously part of the main cast from season two to season four of RHONY before appearing as a “guest housewife” in seasons six and seven.
