Kellie Pickler puts home where husband Kyle Jacobs committed suicide on the market for $3M – almost 10 months after his tragic death aged 49
Kellie Pickler has put the Nashville home she shared with her late husband Kyle Jacobs up for sale for nearly $3 million.
Tragically, the house was where Jacobs committed suicide on February 17. He was 49.
Kellie's house was purchased in 2010 for $1.4 million. It is now selling for $2.89 million.
The Tudor residence comes with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a three-car garage, a wine cellar and media room, and two laundry rooms, according to a listing for the home.
The living room also has a two-story fireplace.

TMZ reports that sellers in the state of Tennessee are not legally required to disclose a death in the home to potential buyers.
It's been almost ten months since Jacobs tragically died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the Nashville home.
The toxicology report found no drugs in Jacobs' system, although it added that Jacobs did have a history of “pseudoses, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated liver enzymes and chronic alcohol use.”
Metropolitan Nashville police were called to Jacobs and Pickler's home at 1:21 p.m. on February 17 when Pickler could not find her husband when she woke up.
The American Idol alum and her assistant called 911 when they couldn't open an upstairs bedroom.
“Officers and Nashville Fire Department personnel responded and located resident Kyle Jacobs, 49, deceased of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in an upstairs bedroom/office,” Nashville police said in a statement.
“His death is being investigated as an apparent suicide,” the statement concluded, with spokesman Don Aaron adding that everyone else in the home was safe.

Jacobs was the record's producer, in addition to playing acoustic guitar and providing background vocals.

In August, Kellie broke her silence following the death in a statement thanking her supporters for all their love during “the darkest time of my life.”
“One of the greatest lessons my husband taught me was that if you don't know what to do in a moment of crisis, you should do nothing but be silent,” she said in a statement to People. “I chose to follow his advice.”
“Thank you to my family, friends and supporters for the countless letters, calls and messages you have sent my way,” she said. 'It really touched my soul and helped me through the darkest time of my life. As many of you have told me, you are all in my prayers.”
According to People, a Celebration of Live service for Jacobs was held at Franklin First UMC in Franklin, Tennessee, in September.
