Kayla Itsines sells her 100-year-old ‘gentleman’s bungalow’ in Adelaide for record price after moving into a Gold Coast mega mansion

Kayla Itsines has sold her 100-year-old Adelaide bungalow for $7.3 million after moving to the Gold Coast.

The fitness influencer made a profit of about $3.5 million after selling the property in March, realestate.com.au reported.

The sale marked a new price record for the Adelaide suburb as it was one of the highest sales of the past year.

Kayla once shared the home with her ex-fiancé and business partner Tobi Pearce, after purchasing it for $3.9 million in 2017.

After building a $696 million fitness empire together, the former couple split and Kayla attempted to sell their luxury five-bedroom Malvern home in 2020.

However, she regretted it and quickly took the property off the market, without naming an asking price.

The fitness guru transformed the 100-year-old bungalow into her new marital home.

The property features a swimming pool, a tennis court, a basement and several living areas.

It also features a five-car garage, CCTV security system, built-in surround sound, video intercom with telephone control and a lockable entrance.

The bungalow is located on a plot of 3193 m², making it one of the largest in the popular area.

The sale comes after Kayla recently moved to the Gold Coast with her husband Jae Woodroffe and their newborn son Jax.

The fitness entrepreneur officially announced her move to the Sunshine State in January.

“WE HAVE OFFICIALLY MOVED TO QUEENSLAND!!!,” she told her 16 million Instagram followers.

She said she was happy to have her family join her as they settle in and that she will fly back to her hometown regularly to visit.

“To be honest it doesn’t feel real because we actually took the whole Adelaide crew and both our families with us. So happy… Ps dw we still have a house in Adelaide and I HAVE to fly back every few weeks to see my family,” she added.

‘My grandparents especially don’t want me to move… not because they love me too much… but because there are “too many mosquitoes.”‘

For months, there were rumors that she was moving to another state with her husband and son.

It started when Kayla was spotted at a home inspection with her mother, daughter Arna, and her sister Leah Itsines’ husband, Mitch Caon.
