Kayla Itsines sells her 100-year-old ‘gentleman’s bungalow’ in Adelaide for record price after moving into a Gold Coast mega mansion
Kayla Itsines has sold her 100-year-old Adelaide bungalow for $7.3 million after moving to the Gold Coast.
The fitness influencer made a profit of about $3.5 million after selling the property in March, realestate.com.au reported.
The sale marked a new price record for the Adelaide suburb as it was one of the highest sales of the past year.
Kayla once shared the home with her ex-fiancé and business partner Tobi Pearce, after purchasing it for $3.9 million in 2017.
After building a $696 million fitness empire together, the former couple split and Kayla attempted to sell their luxury five-bedroom Malvern home in 2020.
However, she regretted it and quickly took the property off the market, without naming an asking price.
The fitness guru transformed the 100-year-old bungalow into her new marital home.
The property features a swimming pool, a tennis court, a basement and several living areas.

‘My grandparents especially don’t want me to move… not because they love me too much… but because there are “too many mosquitoes.”‘
