Katy Perry made a clear statement when she performed at Tokyo’s True Colors Festival last weekend.
Perry, 38, looked like a vision in pink when she shared a nine-image carousel with her 180 million Instagram followers on Monday.
‘Brought my true colors to the @truecolorsfestival in Tokyo this weekend! Was so happy to be back in my favorite place for a great cause ♥️✌,” she shared.

The mother-of-one rocked her Japan glam with neon pink fluorescent cat eye makeup, lashes and a bold pink lip for a dramatic look.

The inclusive festival is a series of performing arts events featuring performers from all backgrounds, some of whom are disabled, to celebrate diversity and inclusion with the slogan ‘One World One Family’.
Perry joined more than 90 artists from 12 countries in a stunning multimedia concert experience in Japan for this year’s event.

Katy shared a short video in her 5th photo of the carousel saying, “Hey true colors, just wanted to thank you so much for taking me out.
“I had an incredible time, I was so inspired, more than I could have ever imagined. It was beautiful to watch and just, I hope you guys do this every year.
“And, I just want to thank you, arigato, to all my fans in Japan and to all the True Colors enthusiasts and the Nippon Foundation, thank you so much for bringing me here.
“I love Japan and I love when I get to spread my love and light.”
