The 44-year-old actress-director appeared to be wearing little makeup behind her aviator sunglasses.

Her brunette locks were brushed in loose layers.

The No Apologies actress carried a red shopping bag with a white butterfly on it and her phone, which was also in a red case.

The versatile actress plays a movie star who contacts a married novelist, and their interaction later puts a strain on the man’s marriage.

The stage production marks the third time the former Dawson’s Creek star has shared his talents on stage.

He made his Broadway debut in 2008 in a revival of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons and returned in 2012 in Dead Accounts.

Previews: Katie stars in the Off-Broadway production of The Wanderers at the Roundabout Theatre. The work runs until April 2.

The regular run of The Wanderers will begin on February 16 and end on April 2.

Katie’s latest film, Rare Objects, which she directed, co-wrote and starred in, opens in theaters April 14.

She stars alongside Julia Mayorga, who plays a young woman trying to let go of her traumatic past when she goes to work at an antiques store.
