Katie Price’s ex-husband, Kieran Hayler, was all smiles on Sunday morning when he was released from police custody after being arrested on suspicion of ‘child neglect and possession of a firearm’.
The former stripper and personal trainer, 36, was grinning broadly as he left the police station in the early hours of the morning.
He looked relaxed in a beige hoodie and tight black jeans as he climbed into the back of a waiting car.
Later that day, he was seen leaving his West Sussex home with his fiancé Michelle Penticost, 40, their baby son Apollo, 20 months, and her son Valentino, 12, from a previous relationship.
Kieran, who shares son Jett, nine, and daughter Bunny, eight, with former glamor model Katie, 44, carried a few bags and climbed into his car.

It comes after it was revealed that pThe police confiscated an air rifle from Kieran during an attack on his house.
Kate returned to the UK on Sunday and said she was at home to “protect her children.”
She was seen at London Stansted Airport with some of her children, including the two she shares with Kieran. She was also joined by her on-off beau Carl Woods.

Earlier in the day, Kieran broke his silence following the arrest and took to Instagram early Sunday morning with an informational poster about parental alienation.
It explained that it involves a form of “physical abuse” where one parent, through “coaching and persuasion,” eliminates a parent from their child’s life.
The message read: “In most cases, a previously healthy love relationship between the child and its parent and/or family is destroyed, resulting in severe emotional and psychological harm to the child.”
Then the alleged abuser’s “primary strategies” were listed, including limiting contact and making “false accusations” against the targeted parent.
By morning, however, Kieran seemed to be more jovial as he shared a video of his kitchen table covered in Easter treats.

It comes after MailOnline revealed that Kieran is “assisting police with their investigation” after she was “arrested on suspicion of child neglect and possession of a firearm.”
The TV personality was taken into custody by Sussex Police for questioning. The mirror reported.
Kieran has not been charged with any crime, police told MailOnline.
A source close to him – who did not comment on the nature of the allegations – also confirmed that he is “assisting police in their investigation.”
The arrest is said to have taken place at his home in West Sussex. Neighbors told The sun that police swarmed the premises over allegations that he had used the weapon with “intent to instill fear of violence.”
Local residents claimed that Kieran was arrested around 4pm yesterday in a “very dramatic” scene.
“A police van and car suddenly pulled into their home’s driveway,” a neighbor recalled, adding that they later learned the “pretty scary” incident involved a gun.
In a statement to The Sun, Sussex Police said: ‘A man has been arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to incite fear of violence.
He’s been taken in for questioning.
“We will not comment further.”
Kieran and Katie, 44, were married for eight years after getting married in 2013. The couple, who divorced in 2021, had tied the knot after just six weeks of dating.
They allegedly had a messy divorce that took about three years to finalize.
Representatives for Katie and Kieran were approached for comment at the time.
