Katie Price shares sweet selfie with son Harvey, 22, as she enjoys holiday in Cyprus – just weeks after being summoned to court over her bankruptcy

Katie Price shared a sweet selfie with her son Harvey on Monday as she continued to enjoy her holiday in Cyprus.

The glamor model, 46, who was recently taken to court over an unpaid £750,000 tax bill, looked happier than ever as she enjoyed the sun with her son, 22.

Katie showed off her tan in a yellow strappy bikini as she relaxed by the pool and wore large dark sunglasses to protect her eyes from the sun.

Harvey looked like he was enjoying the trip as he posed for a matching pout with his mother.

Katie simply captioned the new Instagram post with a series of sunny emojis as she updated her 2.7 million followers.

The TV personality also showed off the results of her sixth facelift as she posed during the trip.

The former glamor model shared a selfie with her followers in August showing off the results of her latest cosmetic procedure.

Katie flew to Turkey to go under the knife, despite having a warrant out for her arrest as part of her bankruptcy case.

And she seems to think it was worth the consequences as she proudly showed off the results of the £10,000 operation.

Katie owes £750,000 to the tax authorities and has been declared bankrupt twice after blowing away a multi-million pound fortune over the past decade.

She avoided having to discuss her finances at the public hearing last month after her lawyer said she was suffering from PTSD and asked her to reveal how she spends her money during a private meeting.

An insolvency judge at the High Court agreed to the request, saying the timing of the meeting should be kept secret.

Katie was warned that she must comply fully with the court or face arrest for a second time after being locked up for skipping a court hearing to undergo the £10,000 facelift in Turkey.

Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05, after first declaring bankruptcy in 2019.

Last month, Channel 5 released the hour-long documentary Katie Price: Where Did The Money Go? from ITN Productions.

The program looks at how the media star went from squandering a multi-million pound fortune to ending up bankrupt and facing criminal charges.

It charts Katie’s humble beginnings to creating the Jordan persona, up to the most recent days – and reveals how ‘overspending and the bad decisions led her to it’.

Katie’s financial problems

2019 – Katie was declared bankrupt with debts of £3.2 million from her failed company Jordan Trading Ltd, which was set up to oversee her perfume and cosmetics line.

She founded the company in 2003, but in 2017 an application was made to liquidate the company as she tried to get her finances in order.

When she was declared bankrupt, she promised to pay back £12,000 a month to the company’s creditors through an individual voluntary arrangement.

The bankruptcy meant that Katie, once worth a reported £45 million, would lose her 11-bedroom mansion worth £2 million.

She took out a second mortgage on the property in 2015 but faced monthly payments of £12,300.

2022 – The former model would have to attend the Royal Court of Justice to explain to a judge why she has failed to repay millions of debts owed to creditors.

However, the hearing was postponed at the last minute as her lawyers did not provide a reason for Katie’s absence from court.

March 2024 – She was declared bankrupt again due to an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05. The request for payment was made by HMRC in October 2023.

A court was told the bill ‘arises from self-assessments’ for the years 2020-21 and 2021-22 and includes income VAT, tax, surcharges and interest.

Judge Sebastian Prentis of the Insolvency and Companies Court said at the hearing at the Rolls Building in London: ‘There has been no response from the debtor. The papers are in order.

‘There is a significant debt owed by Ms Price to HMRC and I will therefore be declaring bankruptcy.’

May 2024 – Katie is evicted from her home after being served a notice of termination and given weeks to leave. She is told that the bailiffs will arrive at 10am on May 29 to ensure that she and any other residents have left the property.
