Before her performance, Katie shared a clip on Instagram backstage of herself wearing full glam makeup and looking racy.
She flashed a big smile as she stepped onto the stage, as fans screamed with excitement.
Katie walked onto the stage, waving to the enthusiastic audience and holding a bottle of water.
After her six-song set, she returned to her Essex home to enjoy a lavish roast dinner with her family.
The star delved into her musical past and came second in the British representation at the Eurovision Song Contest, also releasing a joint album with her then husband Peter Andre.
In October, Katie was widely mocked for her “screech” vocals when she previewed her latest single on The Katie Price Show podcast this week.
She shared a snippet of her new song during an episode she presented with her sister Sophie.

The original was released in 1986 by American R&B singer Jermaine Stewart, with several covers released since then, including versions by Clea, Lil’ Chris and Ella Eyre.
In addition to the segment itself, Katie reflects on some of her previous singing moments, including her attempt to enter the Eurovision Song Contest and her 2010 single Free To Love Again, which barely made it to number 60 in the charts.
Katie’s only album was called A Whole New World and the couple performed the title track on the BBC’s Children In Need 2005 programme.
The album achieved gold status and contains a large number of romantic duets, such as Endless Love and I’ve Had The Time Of My Life.
The TV personality has a daughter Bunny and a nine-year-old son Jett with her ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
Katie is also mother to son Harvey, 20, whom she had with Dwight Yorke, and Junior, 17, and Princess, 15, whom she had with ex-husband Peter Andre.
