Katie Price makes a thinly-veiled dig at ex Peter Andre as she reveals she stormed out of cinema after watching a film that reminded her of him: ‘Been there, done that!’

Katie Price has apparently taken a thinly veiled swipe at ex-husband Peter Andre after storming out of a movie that reminded her of him.

The former glamor model, 45, revealed this in the latest episode of her podcast The Katie Price Show that she took her children to a movie about Greek weddings, but walked out after ten minutes and called it “boring.”

Katie herself had a big Greek wedding in 2005 when she tied the knot with Peter, 50, who is of Greek Cypriot descent, before splitting four years later.

And the star clearly didn’t like being reminded of her first wedding after watching My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3, as she snapped: “Been there, done that!”

She said on the podcast: “We were going to watch Big Fat Greek Wedding part 3. But I started watching it and I was like, get me out of here.

‘It reminded me of times when you know a Greek says, ‘Oh, I’m related to so and so’ and they say, ‘Then you must be my cousin, or my third cousin, or you’re married to my bewitcher … oooo we are family.”

She continued, “I was like, I don’t need to see any of this, I’ve been there, done that.

‘And we were all bored of it, so ten minutes later we went back to the ticket counter and said, ‘Sorry we just found it boring, can we watch another one.’

Peter, who has had a tumultuous relationship with Katie since their divorce in 2019, is proud of his Greek Cypriot heritage and even opened up this year about how he tries to teach his children Greek to speak to their family.

It comes after Katie took another swipe at her exes on Tuesday, claiming ‘most men left her’ as she detailed the reasons behind her ‘insecurities’.

The former glamor model, who has undergone a series of surgical procedures over the years, including multiple breast surgeries, recently debuted her new nose, lip lift and anti-wrinkle injected cheeks.

Speaking about the Start loving yourself podcast with hosts Laura Adlington and Lauren Smithy, she admitted that although ‘she operates on herself’, her past lovers have left her lacking self-confidence.

When asked about the reason behind her ‘insecurities’, Katie replied: ‘I think it’s men. Most of the men I’ve been with have probably let me down all the time.

“But I don’t do surgery on anyone but myself because I want to look in the mirror and look good and feel good.”

She continued, “I know I can scrub well if I put in the effort. I’m not afraid of being seen without make-up.’

Meanwhile, Katie also hit out at the Loose Women panel after they avoided mentioning her during an interview with her son Junior Andre.

The TV personality went on a rant about the daytime show during a recent TikTok live, insisting that “they hate me.”

Her angry rant was prompted by Junior’s appearance on the show on Friday to discuss his new single Only One.

But Katie was offended by the fact the panel only mentioned Junior’s father, Peter Andre, and avoided any mention of her, despite being a former panellist on the show herself between 2015 and 2018.

She said: ‘Isn’t it strange that I was on Big Brother with Nadia and presenting on Loose Women with everyone else.

‘Not a single mention of his mother, not a single mention of ‘is your mother proud of you?’ It was all Pete, Pete, Pete, Pete, Pete.

‘He was clearly told not to talk about me. It’s so cruel. But that’s just the way this industry is!’

Katie didn’t let the matter drop and brought it up again with her and Peter’s other child, Princess, 16.

She said: ‘I had to admit to everyone that on Loose Women they didn’t even mention me as I was working with them.

“I said I’m in his life, I see him and I talk to him and we all do that. But our whole family is left out because they hate me.”
