Katie Price joins her sister Sophie’s ‘birthing team’ as she has her second child – after sparking confusion with post saying she’d ‘welcomed twins’
Katie Price joined her sister Sophie’s ‘birth team’ on Friday as she welcomed her second child.
The former glamor model, 46, was in hospital with her sibling after causing confusion last month when she said she had ‘welcomed twins’.
Sophie gave birth to a baby named Olive Florence Beatrix Brooks via a planned C-section on Friday and shared beautiful photos as she cradled her daughter in hospital with her husband Harry Brooks.
Sophie shared her ‘birth team’ with her fans, posting a group photo while wearing a hospital gown.
She then captioned her new baby post: “Our little family is complete…Olive Florence Beatrix Brooks arrived yesterday morning and we couldn’t be happier.”

Sophie and husband Harry are already proud parents of son Albert, who they welcomed via caesarean section in May 2021.
It comes after the truth behind Katie’s new ‘twins’ was revealed after the star recently caused confusion with a series of photos of ‘newborn babies’.
She appeared to have become a mother again after she posted photos on her Instagram of a son and a girl.
Last week the star shocked her followers by sharing that her ‘twins’ had finally arrived.
But now it has been revealed by The sun that the newborns are hyper-realistic reborn dolls.
The lifelike babies cost between £300 and as much as £20,000 and are often used by mothers grieving the loss of a baby.
A source told the publication: “She is posing with two dolls. These are known as reborn dolls and although they look incredibly lifelike, they are not real.
‘She is doing it to interest people in her IVF process, about which she has made a TV program for Channel 4. It will be released next year.
‘It is also part of her preparations for a future pregnancy as she hopes to successfully welcome twins through a surrogate mother.’
The podcaster, 34, announced the adorable news on her Instagram on Saturday, along with a sweet photo of her little one

Last week the star shocked her followers by sharing that her ‘twins’ had finally arrived, but it has since been revealed that they were hyper-realistic reborn dolls.
The insider added that there were subtle differences between the dolls and real babies, including the newborn scrunch, and that Katie purposefully covered their faces and put on hats indoors.
The revelation came after Katie also shared a photo cuddling a newborn boy to her chest.
Captioning the sweet photo with the unknown child, she confused followers as she wrote, “Evening cuddles with my boy.”
The post came after Katie shared another confusing photo of two twin babies, with one wearing a pink romper and the other a gray one.
She was seen placing her hand gently on the toddlers, although their faces were not visible, and captioned the photo: “Finally my twins have arrived.”
Katie is already a proud mum to son Harvey, 22, with former footballer Dwight York, son Junior, 19, daughter Princess, 17, with her first husband Peter Andre, and son Jett, 10, and daughter Bunny, nine, with ex- husband Kieran Hayler.
It comes after her ex Carl Woods confirmed earlier this month that the star is currently filming her IVF documentary.
The mother-of-five previously allowed cameras to follow her journey of having a baby with Carl, 35, before they split in 2023.
He told Closer magazine that he and Katie had chosen a surrogate mother together, who suggested they go to Cyprus to give it a try, before they split.
And now fans believe Katie and JJ’s trip to Cyprus was to put their surrogate plans into action.
According to Closer, a source said: ‘Katie and JJ met with experts at the IVF clinic who told her that she does have a chance of having children, despite her lower quality eggs and age.
‘She has exhausted all IVF attempts and channels in Britain and hopes this is the start of expanding her family.’
Carl said the model’s current situation mimics his “parrot fashion” but “with a different guy.”
He said: ‘I don’t think she cares who she has a baby with, as long as she has a baby. In that situation, it’s not about who – it doesn’t matter.
“It could be me, it could be a surrogate, it could be JJ. As long as she has a baby. I’m sure she would treat any partner as a sperm donor to some extent.”
The ‘fly on the wall’ documentary, which will reportedly air next year, will also feature all the Katie children, but TV insiders have said that MAFS UK star JJ will not be featured.
A source told The Mirror: ‘We will see Katie embark on an arduous – and unsuccessful – journey to become a mother again.
‘Along the way she faces many obstacles, ups and downs. The program will shine a light on the struggles women face when trying to have a child in their 40s.”

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Katie and Carl and Channel 4 for comment.
The OnlyFans star previously revealed to MailOnline that she has experienced three failed rounds of IVF in the past year, saying: ‘My eggs are too old, I’m getting a donor egg.’
The TV personality previously told Olivia Attwood on her podcast: ‘People need to realize that it doesn’t matter if I act young or look younger, your body is still 46, and your eggs are getting less and they’re getting older and it is more difficult.’
Love Island star Olivia then asked: ‘But you definitely want another one?’
Katie confirmed: “Or two. It will happen one way or another. I don’t know how or right and I will do it, I will try.’
