Katie Price hits the recording studio with X Factor’s Scarlett Lee in a bid to revive her pop career and reveals her song will be released in two weeks
Katie Price has teamed up with X Factor’s Scarlett Lee in a bid to relaunch herself as a pop star.
The former glamor model, 45, came second at the Eurovision Contest in 2005 and is now back in the recording studio.
Katie, who has made no secret of her dreams of conquering the charts, took to TikTok to reveal she was back with Scarlett, 26, and recording new music.
And the television personality revealed it won’t be long to wait as she plans to release her song in two weeks.
Katie said during the TikTok live while teasing a snippet of her singing: “You know this song. We’re making a cover version and we’ll release it in two weeks.’

Scarlett, who came runner-up in the 15th series of The X Factor and has been friends with Katie in recent years, took to Instagram ahead of their meeting.
She wrote: “On my way to see my girl @katieprice.”
Katie made her chart debut with ex-husband Peter Andre with their single A Whole New World in 2006.
Since then she has released three singles, with her song Free to Love Again reaching number 60, while her other two songs, I Got U and Hurricane, failed to make the UK charts.
But she faces tough competition as her son Junior, 18, builds a career for himself in the music industry.
Earlier this month, Junior looked a lot like his former pop star dad Peter, 50, as he lip-synced to his new single Only One.
In a video on his TikTok page, Junior wore a white vest, reminiscent of how his father dressed during his own pop star heyday.
During his first TV interview on Loose Women, Junior revealed that he has already recorded more than 150 songs.
Speaking to the panel, Junior talked about his career in music: ‘It came naturally. When I was 15, I decided this was what I wanted to do.

“So I went to the studio and made the song. I heard myself on the track and thought, wow, this is what I want to do. My family has supported me all the way.
Music has been my life every day since I was fifteen. I’ve recorded over 150 songs. But the creative process is that you record a lot and only a few are good enough to release.’
When asked about his famous parents, Junior said: Of course I’m going to be compared to my father. I get my appearance from my mother and father.
‘In general, hard work is rewarded. If you’re not good, it won’t happen. I am very determined and it is really my passion. I really like it.’
Junior said Peter had given him some supportive words ahead of his appearance on Loose Women.
The youngster said: “He is so happy for me. Look carefully, he said. He said, ‘Son, smash it, I’m so proud of you.’
