The former glamor model, 46, helped the MAFS star, 31, push the trolley out of the store after picking up dog and cat food, toilet rolls and a large box of Coca-Cola.
Katie cut a low-key figure for the outing in white track bottoms which she teamed with a cropped knit gray cardigan.
She was comfortable in a pair of statement fluffy platform shoes and stayed warm in a long gray wool coat.
Katie styled her long dark locks in a high ponytail and opted for a glamorous make-up palette that showcased her sixth facelift.

The couple were all smiles as they left B&M with five large shopping bags loaded into the trolley.
It comes as Katie turned down a promo event to promote her pantomime Cinderella with boyfriend Kerry Katona.
Katie and Kerry will play the evil stepsisters in the production at Northwick Memorial Court in Cheshire.
Tickets for the festive show have hit a new sales record for the theater, but while Kerry watched the Christmas lights come on in Northwich, Katie was nowhere to be seen.
A source said The sun: ‘Katie said she still had a work commitment so couldn’t attend, but it didn’t go down too well with the rest of the cast and the pantomime organisers.
‘A lot of people had no idea why she wasn’t there and were expecting her. They feel she should have made it work as turning on the Christmas lights was a major promotional event to boost ticket sales.”
Katie’s representatives told MailOnline: ‘Kate has work commitments and the team was given plenty of notice. She’s heading north to rehearse with Kerry.’

The pantomime, set in December, marks the first time the friends have worked together in 20 years.
Katie and Kerry, 44, appeared together in 2004 when they both went on I’m A Celebrity and became good friends, but they had a bitter and public falling out in 2007.
The pair have mended their friendship in recent years, with Kerry reportedly helping Katie land the upcoming panto job amid her bankruptcy battle.
Kerry shared the exciting news about their upcoming performance, saying the show will be “one hell of a ride.”
‘Can’t wait until this Christmas for Panto!!’ Kerry wrote on Instagram on Thursday as she unveiled the promo photos.
“Me and @katieprice are finally working together for the first time since we were both in the jungle, it’s going to be an amazing ride and so much fun. Buy your tickets now.’
The panto company handling the production, Anton Benson Productions, also shared the casting news.
They wrote: ‘NORTHWICH PANTO STAR CASTING NEWS . We are pleased to announce that KATIE PRICE and KERRY KATONA will be headlining this year’s panto, Cinderella, at Northwich Memorial Court as the Wicked Step Sisters.
‘It’s been twenty years since the friends last worked together on I’m a Celebrity in 2004.

Kerry and Katie formed a close bond and even asked each other to be bridesmaids at two of their six weddings together, after bonding on I’m A Celeb.
However, their friendship fell apart in 2007, after Katie called Kerry a ‘druggie’ and the pair began a bitter and public war of words.
During their feud, both women faced a lot of drama and heartbreak before eventually managing to bury the hatchet, thanks in part to the bond between their children.
In recent years, things have turned around and their friendship has gotten back on track, even bringing in the new year together.
Earlier this year, Kerry helped a bankrupt Katie land the role in the upcoming Cinderella pantomime.
Cinderella runs from December 8 to December 31, and tickets are on sale now at brioentertainment.org.
