Katie Price confirms Channel 4 series Mucky Mansion has been ‘abolished as she prepares to rent out her house for £6K a week’ – amid £3.2m bankruptcy

Katie Price has seemingly confirmed that her Channel 4 show Mucky Mansion TV show has been axed as she prepares to rent out her home in West Sussex for £6K a week.

In the makeover series, which last aired in February, the 45-year-old model attempted to transform the £3million 19-room property after it fell into a state of disrepair.

She said on her Katie Price podcast: ‘I’m still considering renting it, it’s just too big for me. I’m always in Essex (where on-off fiancé Carl Wood lives) at the moment’.

“(I want to) get something smaller. Don’t know. I just think this house is giving me bad luck.”

Before adding, ‘It’s such a good family home, but it’s too big for me. It’s more of an excuse for the kids to make a mess of it.’

According to The sun Katie could bring in £6,000 a week in rent amid her ongoing £3.2 million bankruptcy.

MailOnline has contacted Channel 4 for comment.

A third season was planned, but a report earlier this year suggested producers were “not too keen” on extending the program after ratings dropped by 300,000.

Last month it was revealed that Katie would be questioned in court over her £3.2 million debt after she was declared bankrupt in 2019.

The reality star, who was once valued at £45 million, previously agreed to pay £12,000 a month but is not sticking to the deal, according to those who owe the money.

She previously opened up about her bankruptcy, claiming it is linked to two people from her past and insisting that her home ‘Mucky Mansion’ in West Sussex is safe.

Katie has also revealed that she fears the West Sussex estate is giving her ‘bad luck’ and wants to leave the house despite putting money into renovations.

It comes after Katie reportedly moved out of the Sussex property and moved in with on-off fiancée Carl Woods in Essex.

Despite working hard to make the house in Horsham livable again, it is alleged that Carl’s car was seen in the driveway of his house in Essex, with neighbors watching the couple come and go.

A source told The sun: “She lives there part-time — you can see the house’s signature conservatory in the background of some of her TikToks and live streams.

“She moved in here for their Ibiza trip, but no one knows why, because she’s talked so much about Mucky Mansion’s makeover and how it’s worth £2 million.

“Carl’s cars are in the driveway and the neighbors saw them both at the house.”

Carl owned a £460,000 property in Essex but sold it, subject to contract, in April this year.
