The former glamor model, 44, and her beau, 34, have been in a tumultuous relationship since 2020, including a series of very public bust-ups.
They broke up again in January, but since the beginning of the month their romance seems to be going smoothly.
The pair appeared to be going strong again at the London airport, as Katie lovingly caressed Carl’s face.
The lovelorn couple even seemed to match, as the former I’m A Celeb contestant donned blue sweatpants, while Carl wore a gray pair for a casual airport look.

They seemed very cozy together as Katie put an arm around him as they waited to board their flight.
Meanwhile, Carl sipped a coca cola from his Gucci handbag to pass the time, while Katie maintained a typically glamorous look as she reapplied her lip gloss.
Earlier this month, Katie put on her engagement ring again when it seemed clear the couple were together.
While more hints came in the form of following each other again on social media in recent weeks, and Carl supported his estranged partner when she appeared on the TV show Jeremy Vine.
Since beginning their relationship in 2020 and getting engaged a year later, the tumultuous couple have had a slew of public bust-ups – with their most recent split occurring at the beginning of the year.
Katie shared an Instagram Story with her 2.6 million followers at the beginning of the month and snapped a photo of her left hand resting on her inked leg, again holding her engagement stone.
Holding a glass of wine as he appeared to be enjoying the sunshine, the TV personality captioned the photo, “Vibes.”

Earlier this week, she shared a photo of herself and Harvey on Instagram, on which he had scribbled an adorable message.
He seemed to confirm that his mom was “on” with Carl, captioning the photo, “To the best of the family, Mom and Carl Woods.”
Katie posted the image to Instagram, explaining, “Harvey just sent this, he’s so cute, I love him so much, just two more sleeps until he comes home for Easter.”
While before that, the former glamor model and her flashing fiancé followed each other again on Instagram.
