Katie Holmes emerges for first time since ex Jamie Foxx threw major shade at her following six year romance
Katie Holmes was spotted for the first time since her ex-boyfriend Jamie Foxx made an offensive comment about being ‘cured’ from dating white women.
On Sunday, the 45-year-old actress put on a brave face as she flashed a tight smile as she walked through the busy streets of New York City in a bright green Elphaba-inspired coat.
At one point she even stopped to pose for a Wicked music poster.
She carried a huge bouquet of flowers as she headed to the Ethel Barrymore Theater for her matinee performance of the Broadway play Our Town.
Her outing comes just days after Foxx’s special What Had Happened Was… dropped on Netflix. It contained a dark reference to their six-year romance.
Sitting at a piano, the Hollywood star sang, “Sisters, I am here to tell you that I am healed.
‘I’m cured of everything, no more white girls. I’m serious, no more white girls. No more white girls. Not anymore. No more white girls.”

“No more white girls. No more potato salad and raisins. No more white girls. No more spray tans, no more big tits, no more ass, no more white girls.”

Before her daughter’s move, Holmes talked about how she felt about the transition.
“I am proud of my daughter,” she said City & Country. ‘Of course I will miss the closeness, but I am really proud of her and I am happy.’
She continued, “I remember being at this age, this time of beginnings. It’s exciting to get to know yourself, and I loved that time, so it makes me happy to think about it that way.”

During his new Netflix special What Had Happened Was, the actor said he was “healed” after suffering a stroke and being in a coma earlier this year; depicted in What Had Happened Still Happened
She seemed cheerful during her outing and didn’t seem bothered by his comments about being “back on the black side of town,” even though her six-year romance with him was his most public, high-profile and longest relationship – outside of the mothers. of his children and his current partner Alyce Huckstepp – and his joke was apparently aimed at her.
