The New York Daily News reported on Sunday that Suri attended a screening of her mother’s play.
The publication reported that Suri was the first audience member to jump to his feet, as well as dermatologist Dr. Kenneth Mark and divorce attorney Ken Jewell, when Holmes emerged to take her bow.

Papa Tom Cruise is DailyMail.com raised the money to send her to college.
That’s because in 2012, when he divorced Katie after six years of marriage, it was decided he would have to pay for all her schooling.
The divorce documents revealed that Tom pays Suri’s expenses, including “medical, dental, insurance, educational, college and other extracurricular expenses.”
“Tom does pay for Suri’s school fees, he has always paid for her education and would never stop because he is a stand-up guy,” a friend of Tom’s told DailyMail.com. Annual tuition at CMU is $65K.
“He has never hesitated to pay his daughter’s child support and expenses. He doesn’t go back on his word. He is fulfilling his obligation.”
And it also comes after Holmes received good reviews for her role in the Broadway play Our Town. Here is Katie on stage with Richard Thomas who played on The Waltons and Ozark

It’s strange to think that Tom is paying Suri considering they haven’t been photographed together in over a decade.
Their last snapshot together in public was in April 2013.
Suri hinted that she is not on good terms with her father when she changed her last name from Cruise to Noelle.
Noelle is Katie’s middle name.
Katie has hinted that Suri may study acting and dance at Carnegie Mellon. Holmes told Town & Country magazine that her daughter wants to go into showbiz after college.
Both Katie and Suri’s father Tom have been in the industry since their early twenties.
The magazine claimed that Suri “would be interested in pursuing a career in fashion or acting.” That doesn’t sound strange; Suri starred in a high school production of The Addams Family.
