Kathryn Crosby dies at 90: The Anatomy Of A Murder actress was also the widow of the legendary entertainer Bing Crosby

Kathryn Crosby, the widow of legendary actor, singer and Oscar winner Bing Crosby, has died at the age of 90.

Kathryn also built up an impressive acting resume of her own, including star roles in Anatomy of a Murder, Operation Mad Ball and The 7th Voyage Of Sinbad, before marrying Crosby in 1957.

She was born on November 24, 1933 in West Columbia, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in fine arts. In 1953, she moved to Hollywood to seek fame and fortune.

Kathryn met Bing when she interviewed him for a column she wrote for her hometown newspaper about life in Hollywood.

The couple married in 1957, when she was 23 and Bing was 54. She remained married to him until his death in 1977.
