Katherine Schwarzenegger and her younger sister Christina treated themselves to a shopping spree in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles on Thursday.

The media personality, 33 – who recently enjoyed a family break with husband Chris Pratt and daughter Eloise – was stylishly casual for the brief outing with her 32-year-old sibling and producer.

The author dressed in classic denim blue jeans and a plain black sweatshirt.

In the warmer temperatures, she rolled up the sleeves to her elbows and slipped on a pair of open-toed sandals to stay comfortable on their walk.

Katherine accessorized her outfit with an assortment of dainty necklaces and a pair of dangly earrings.

Her locks were parted in the middle and flowed naturally down her shoulders in light waves.

A pair of black sunglasses were worn on her head, which she later put on to protect her eyes from the bright sun.

She was seen carrying a white shopping bag in her right hand while having a light-hearted conversation with her sister.

Christina also wore light blue jeans and a plain white shirt. She paired the ensemble with a cream-colored knit sweater that she let fall partially off one of her shoulders.

The producer pulled on a pair of black open-toed sandals and a white cap that partially covered her locks.

She slung a large bag over her right shoulder and was seen enjoying a refreshing canned drink as they walked.

Katherine and Christina are the daughters of Arnold Schwarzenegger and ex-wife Maria Shriver, and have two brothers: Patrick, 29, and Christopher, 25, as well as half-brother, Joseph Baena, 25.

Katherine and Christina are very close, and the author published a children’s book based on their relationship earlier this year in February, entitled Good Night, Sister.

During an interview with Today To promote the book, the mother of two talked about her bond with her younger sister.

She revealed that she first started writing Good Night, Sister after her daughter Lyla, three, was born. “It really occurred to me because I read so many of the same books Christina and I read when we were little.”

“And I had all these moments of flashbacks to our own childhood, thinking about how we did so much together, and I wanted to make this book about sisters to celebrate the relationship that Christina and I had growing up and being so so are happy that I have today.’

“We’re so close in age – we did everything together – so I wanted to write a children’s book that celebrated the relationship between sisters,” she also added while speaking to Today.

While she has a good relationship with all of her siblings, Katherine admitted that her sisterly bond with Christina is unwavering and revealed that the couple often FaceTimes almost every day. “It’s a problem,” she said jokingly.

While also discussing the book with People and her relationship with Christina, the star added, “I value her presence in my life, as well as in the lives of both of my daughters, so much that this book is a beautiful tribute to that.”

“It’s really interesting because, of course, I’m a year and a half older than Christina, so I can’t immediately remember everything from when she came home from the hospital and our dynamic,” she said.

“But my mom and dad say it’s very similar to the dynamic between Lyla and Eloise.”
