James, 34, and Stella have been together for more than eight months after meeting at a wedding in Mykonos last year.
They are in a long-distance relationship because Stella, who is 16 years Arg’s junior, lives in her native Italy, while James resides in Buckhurst Hill, Essex.
Katherine has now slammed their relationship on social media, shortly after labeling Leonardo Di Caprio creepy over the age gap from their previous relationship.
The 39-year-old comedian took to her Instagram stories in brutal fashion where she hugged her little daughter Fenna Grace, while giving the camera a grumpy look.

James says his girlfriend living abroad has only strengthened their connection and Stella is “proud” of all she’s accomplished since turning her life around.
He said: ‘We are very happy. Stella and I are very, very happy. Everything is going well, and we are very close.
‘Stella is amazing…she is such a special woman and we are very close and happy. She really is working. Everything is good.
“Obviously we’re in a long distance relationship but we make it work and every time we see each other it’s exciting and fun and we do nice things and when we’re not together we’re still in regular contact.” It’s nice because then we miss each other and when we see each other it’s always special.
She is very proud of me and has been very supportive of me. The absence makes the heart grow more and I am so happy.
James’ relationship with Stella is his first since he ended his on-and-off romance with former TOWIE co-star Gemma Collins.
