Katherine Ryan SLAMS Disneyland Paris branding it a ‘trash high street’ full of vaping parents after treating her family to a trip for Christmas
A Christmas trip to Disneyland Paris turned out to be more of a nightmare than a fairytale for comedian Katherine Ryan.
The comedian, 40, compared the park's Disney Village to a 'trash high street' after visiting the supposedly happiest place on earth with husband Bobby Kootstra and children Violet, 14, two-year-old Fred and 12-month-old Fenna last month visited. .
She told Ny Breaking's Richard Eden: 'Everyone was vaping and smoking real cigarettes while pushing a buggy or holding a child's hand. I've never seen so much vaping in my life.”
Katherine also complained that she and her family didn't get to meet many princesses or Disney characters, something the park is known for.
'I asked, 'Where are all the characters?' It seemed very barren. We saw Jessie [from Toy Story] and the squirrels and that was it.

Before I add, “I didn't have a good time.”
Disneyland Paris first opened in 1992, with two theme parks within the vast complex, and welcomes an average of 15 million visitors per year.
MailOnline has contacted Disneyland Paris for comment.
It comes after Katherine jumped on the I'm A Celebrity boycott bandwagon over ITV's decision to allow politicians, who have 'directly harmed families', to appear on the show.
Last year she revealed that she had decided to turn down the chance to go into the jungle because she is “against glorifying dangerous people.”
Katherine admits she takes politics very seriously and was unimpressed by Nigel Farage following in Matt Hancock's footsteps.
Speaking to the Metro, Katherine said: 'I am strongly opposed to glorifying the likes of Matt Hancock and Nigel Farage and reducing them to light entertainment fodder, when I think they are very dangerous people who have directly hurt many families.

“I don't think this is a joke, so I wouldn't watch.” I didn't watch last year. I take politics very seriously.'
The GB News star's signing has proven controversial as Nigel is a famously divisive figure known for his right-wing views on immigration and gender pay gaps.
Fans have also threatened to boycott I'm A Celeb over their 'tone deaf' decision to send Nigel into the jungle before finishing in third place.
Some fans are less than happy with Farage's participation, with almost 10,000 people using the hashtag 'Boycott I'm A Celeb' as he first entered the jungle.
